All About The Balls
Every ball holds 350 pounds, which means that people of any size can do Yamuna Body Rolling.

Which ball you choose depends on your age and physical condition.
Both Women and Men over 65 years of age should always begin Yamuna Body Rolling using the GOLD BALL. Anyone who is injured or have bone disorders should use the GOLD BALL. Pregnant Women should use the GOLD BALL. Anyone who is extremely tight and calcified should use the GOLD BALL.
The PEARL BALL is soft with a density like the GOLD BALL. However, since it is smaller, it produces a more intense sensation. This is the ball I recommend for most of my clients. I only recommend that clients who are flexible, strong, and in good shape muscularly and in their skeletal body use the SILVER BALL.
Since 1983
Yamuna Body Rolling grew out of a therapy system called Body Logic, a hands-on technique that Yamuna Zeke created in 1980.

“There was a summer my back hurt so much, I was crawling around and couldn’t garden! After working privately with Sarah for one session, I had immediate relief and was back standing upright and able to get back to doing the things I enjoy.”
