I worked with families and children in my local community both as a Day Home Provider and as the MayerthorpeParent Link Coordinator. I was trained to facilitate many different parent education modalities. I have a unique, heart-led perspective… so I decided to create my own style of parent coaching. I help families create strategies that work specifically for their unique family.

I became a Yamuna Body Rolling practitioner in 2022, and I have been working in person and online with clients ever since. I love seeing my clients fall in love with this body of work, and the immediate and long term results!
